In 2002, "Fabbri G. Holding Industriale
SpA" was formed, a parent company which owns 100% of "Fabbri 1905 SpA", and "Fabbri Gestioni Immobiliari
SpA."
2005 was the company's Centenary year, celebrated with many events and competitions. The articles and television reports (over 300) which leading Italian newspapers and magazines dedicated to
Fabbri during its centenary year brought home to a great many Italians the fact that the Fabbri Amarena Syrups, associated
with their fondest childhood memories, are now the recognized symbol of a company which exports its products to 80 countries.
Fabbri 1905 is now led by the founders great grandsons, Andrea, Nicola,
Paolo and Umberto Fabbri. It is internationally renowned for having "invented" amarena and fruit syrups, but
actually it is busy upholding the reputation of the Italian art of confectionery, in all its forms, throughout the world.
Fabbri's production boasts around 1,200 different products, all
made in its own factories, strictly controlled by the R&D dept. There are 17 product lines and 23 packaging lines dedicated
to 5 channels: fast moving, consumer products, Ho.Re.Ca, artisan ice cream parlors, artisan confectioners and the food industry.
