NAPPAGE AND CHOCOLATE ICING

Glazes and icing for filling and covering desserts and semifreddo. Delicately flavored. They stay transparent both above and below freezing. Directions: Warm the product to 95-104 deg F. Pour onto chilled dessert,  spreading outwards from the center. Chill in the freezer for at least five minutes.
