Versatile chocolate sauce.
Warm the product in a bain-marie or microwave for a few seconds: the product turns liquid at 80-90 deg F . The creamy sauce hardens in contact with the gelato or frozen desserts and turns into a crunchy chocolate flavored couverture. Directions for chocolate garnish: draw the design with the liquid product onto a sheet of waxpaper and place in the freezer for a few minutes. Great for creating chocolate chips and pieces.
